Good ongoing experience

I've been using FairFigure for a while now, and this latest purchase of the Premium Membership was smooth as always. It's consistent; I know what to expect. My Business Credit Monitoring has been reliably updated, just like with my previous annual plans. No surprises, which is a good thing for something so important.

So helpful for my business!

Oh my gosh, I just got the FairFigure Capital Card and it's fantastic! Applying was super easy, and I'm already seeing how it will help with my cash flow. The whole platform is so user-friendly, and the Financial Health Dashboard is exactly what I needed to keep everything organized. I'm telling all my business owner friends about this; they need to check it out!

Consistent service for credit building

I've been a user of FairFigure's Business Credit Building Platform for over a year now, and I just renewed my annual plan. I initially started with them to use their Net-30 Reporting and Vendor Credit Building features. It's been pretty consistent. My fundability score has steadily improved, and I've seen positive movement on my business credit reports. This time around, I also looked into their Cash Advance Solutions, and while I didn't take one, the options seemed reasonable. I keep coming back because their platform does what it says it will do without a lot of fuss.

Helped with credit reporting

I decided to try the Business Credit Building Platform because I wanted to get my company's credit in better shape. It was pretty straightforward to set up. I liked how it explained the Credit Bureau Reporting part. It seems to be doing what it said it would, and I'm seeing my Fundability Score slowly improve, which is cool. Happy with how it's working out.

Capital Card and Premium Membership experience

I decided to try FairFigure's Premium Membership and apply for the Capital Card a few months ago. The application process for the card was straightforward, mostly online, and I got approved fairly quickly. The Capital Card has been useful for day-to-day expenses, and I appreciate the auto-reporting to bureaus which is why I chose it. The Premium Membership itself offers a lot of tools, like the Fundability Score and Cash Flow Analytics, which give a good overview of my business's health. I've used the Business Credit Reports a couple of times and they provided good detail. The Multi-Bureau Monitoring really helps me keep tabs on everything without jumping between different platforms. It's a solid service overall for a small business owner looking to get a handle on their credit and funding options. I did notice the Credit Limit Increase Tools are there, but it takes consistent usage and payment history, which is expected.

Good for monitoring, slow support

I signed up for the Business Credit Monitoring service last month. The dashboard is pretty clear and easy to navigate, which I liked. It definitely helped me keep an eye on my scores. However, I had a question about one of the alerts and it took their customer service a couple of days to get back to me. It wasn't urgent, but a faster response would have been better for something credit-related.

Considering FairFigure vs. Nav. Anyone have experience with both or can tell me which one is better for a new small business trying to build credit fast?

S Steve 2 months ago
I've used both. FairFigure's fundability score is pretty neat, and I felt their reporting was a bit more consistent to multiple bureaus. Nav is good too, but FF felt more focused on active building.

Nav has a free tier, which is nice to just monitor. But if you want active building and the Capital Card, FairFigure seems to be the one people go for. Depends on your budget and how hands-on you want to be.

How does the Capital Card work? Is it like a regular credit card or more like a charge card?

N Neil Kaur 2 months ago
It's not exactly a 'credit card' in the traditional sense, more tied to your business's cash flow. They give you a limit based on your sales, which is pretty cool.

From what I understand, it's more about leveraging your business's existing funds and activity rather than typical unsecured credit. Helps build trade lines though.

Is FairFigure legit? Like, are they actually useful for building business credit or is it just another scammy thing?

R Raj Lindqvist 1 month ago
It's legit. They report to the major bureaus, which is key for building credit. Helped me get a better understanding of my business credit score.

Totally legit. I used them for about 6 months and saw my D&B score go up. Just make sure you're actually using their tools and not just signing up and forgetting about it.

Does FairFigure pull personal credit when you apply or just business credit?

A Alex Carter 2 months ago
I'm pretty sure they only do a soft pull on your personal credit initially, if at all. The focus is definitely on your business credit and financials. I didn't see a hard inquiry on my personal report.

They say they focus on business credit. My personal score wasn't impacted when I signed up and applied for the card, afaik.

Hey, thinking about signing up for FairFigure. Are there any discounts going on right now for new users?

A Anna 1 month ago
Yeah, I signed up a few months ago and got a pretty sweet deal. Check for a sign-up offer, sometimes they have a first month free or a percentage off the annual plan.

They usually do referral codes or affiliate links, not so much like regular promo codes you'd find floating around. My friend sent me one and I got some bonus funding credit on the Capital Card.
